LAW DECREE N. 138 DEL 2011
With the approval of the regulation implementing the principles dictated by article 3, paragraph 5, of Decreto Legge no. 138 of 2011 regarding regulated professions, "informative advertising is permitted by any means and may also have as its object, in addition to the professional activity carried out, the qualifications and specializations of the professional, the organization of the firm and the remuneration charged" .
